It is believed that all gemstones hold natural, metaphysical properties. Below you will find a list of many of the stones and some of their properties, which are used in creating the AURAGEMS pendulums and jewelry. By using this chart, you may discover why you are drawn to a particular piece, or conversely, it may help you to choose a piece that will feel more comfortable and useful to you.
Beginning Divination
In beginning to use your pendulum, start by finding your answer indicators. You will do this prior to asking your personal questions.
To do this, hold the pendulum comfortably in your hand with the point suspended downward. First ask, "Which direction indicates YES?" This is often either a back and forth or a clockwise swinging motion.
Next ask, "Which direction indicates NO?" Often this is either a side-to-side or counterclockwise swinging motion. You may also wish to ask for a MAYBE/DON'T KNOW indication as well.
Once you have seen the answer indications, you will be enabled to determine responses to the personal questions you ask. These indicator directions should be re-determined with each session. When you are confident you know your indicators, then feel free to ask your own yes/no questions. Questions may be asked aloud or to yourself; focus on the question until you receive a clear response (a motion at least wider than a quarter coin.)
